MAKE THE CONNECTION PRECISE
Structural grouting.
The injection hardware should match the engineered grouting method, material and target area. Start with the specification and work back through every connection.
The specification comes first.
The hardware follows.
Structural and ground-injection work requires a project-specific design and controlled execution. Flow paths, material behaviour and the condition of the structure or ground all influence the connection requirements.
Compare the packer passage, body dimensions, connection thread and mating equipment. A larger passage can be relevant to some suspensions, but it does not by itself establish suitability for a material or operating condition.
DETAILS TO CONFIRM
A useful starting checklist.- Engineered injection or grouting specification
- Material characteristics and required passage
- Packer, lance and coupling compatibility
- Monitoring and working limits for the project

Connections to consider.
These ranges are a starting point for selection. Suitability must be confirmed against the project specification and supplied component.
